I have been a real estate consultant for 7 years and involved in different aspects of real estate for over 15 years. I do hard money loans, buy, fix and sell foreclosures, and have a very successful mobile home investing business. I have bought and sold homes in Utah, Arizona, and Pennsylvania and plan to add a few mobile home parks and storage unit complexes to my portfolio in the next year. A mobile home transport company and real estate related website are also in the planning stages.
I have a diverse background in new home sales and construction. I was the Director of Marketing and Sales for 2 years for a Pennsylvania based new home construction company. I hold a B.S. degree from Pennsylvania University with a Minor in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Utah. I have also been trained as a mortgage broker and carry certifications in Website Design and Website Management.
I played softball and volleyball for Pennsylvania State University, where I was recognized for my athletic and academic achievements.
