I am just getting started in investing. I am a Realtor in Phoenix. I am hoping to do some flips using bank owned properties. I was looking for someone who would help with financing for a share of the profits.

I might be interested and could certainly help with the financing. Can you give me some more specifics ie just write up the numbers on a representative (ie made up) deal?

Welcome to the DG family as I often call it, we're glad to have you here with us. I'm in Glendale, but I'd be happy to give you some pointers. What area of investing are you interested in? You need to find your "niche" and focus on that, because it'll make it easier on you rather than jumping all over the board. In other words, are you interested in wholesaling, assignments, foreclosures, reo's, lease options? Shoot me an email, my contact info is in my bio. We are also trying to get a networking group of DG investors around town but need more people to make worth everyone's time.
