I am a michigander and I typically don't much michigan people on here. We have an incrediable situation here. We are completely over run with properties and investors are going crazy. The problem is single famly homes are selling slowly but selling. You need some capital and a good marketing plan to be pretty profitable. My thing is I am new and am looking for another new or seasoned investor to evauate, and work with together for mutual profit. It does not have to be a partnership but a investor co-benefit. I am new but have done my homework, and am putting myself out there. I have an LLC, contractors, and realtor. Any intrest or questions feel free.

Hard to say if they have. I will have to go on my gut feeling on this and say that it has not hit te bottom. I have so many properties here that I don't know what to do with myself. They are selling but at a very slow place. there are a lot of investors here as a matter of fact one is rehabbing a home directly across the street from me so Iam watching to see how fast it sells.

Awesome! sounds big. I have a question for ya. I have some properties that are a good deal and can't get financed for them. I have talked to hard money lenders and they either don't deal in michigan or won't go under 250k. Conventional is not good for me and I have been pounding the pavement out here for someone to jump up. I put out ads and call daily to any leads in the paper. What am I doing wrrong here? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Ed
I am from downriver area Riverview by Wyandotte and we are having some of the same problems where people dont much want to deal with Michigan. I have a list of properties but no buyers. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong also or if it was just our geographic location.
