I think all of the titles are great and I like the other suggestions as well. I agree that the title needs to captivate the reader and make them want to open the book. Sometimes I think if you promise too many things in the title it comes across as a gimmick. I also like:

The authors name would be in the title instead of a separate line on the book.

The Proven No Money Down, 14 Day Flip Sysyem

This my vote from the choices offered. I have recently read Dean's book on becomming a millionaire. That book was the easiest to understand and to the point book on realestate I have ever read. Dean's ability to communicate is a God-gift, and the follow up book will certainly be purchased by everyone who read his recent most book. I personally have read dozens of books , and Deans sincerety is no doubt felt with a friendly compassion to follow his leading. Thankyou

I spent considerable time deliberating over the choices and quite honestly, they all sound good. If I had to vote for one, it would be "Profit from Real Estate Now..."

I think several reviews have touched on two core ingredientes that people need to hear. 1) Something works in this (perceived) down economy and 2) they can have confidence in a credible source.

Thus, all the ones that mention "Any Market" or "Down Market" plus words like "Proven" or "Take the 14 Day Challenge" leap off the cover.

I actually prefer "Any Market" over "Down Market" so that the title would endure through the next upswing and be more timeless.

Dean, of your original options, I chose #4.

I may be coming in way too late on this one, but this is my first time on the site. Just got the book, and am almost finished. Brilliant work, Dean. I'm anxious to get started.

I like the "Profit From Real Estate Now..", but to make it seem more accessible, I would possibly add to it "YOU can Profit From Real Estate Now..."

It reaches out to the average person, and says, Hey! YOU can do this too!! It just makes it more personal, and grabs their attention as if you called out their name.

I'm looking forward to reading it!
