What I am going to probably do is pick several of the ones you guys were gracious enough to send in. Then the best ones from the first poll and re do the test. This way we can find the best of the best. And possibly put some money in one of your pockets..

While no money down and Millionaire may attract some, I thing it also turns off people. I have read a lot of business realted books and I wouldn't have bought your last book because the title sounds like B.S. to me. (A friend recomended I buy the book and I thought it was great) Keep it real you are a great writer and a a talented business man. I suggest, Cash in today, the secrets to sucess in any real estate market.
