Automated Foreclosure Finder (AFF) Version 2 Officially Released!

I want to let everyone know, after lots and lots of feedback, and lots and lots of development time... AFF Verison 2 has been released to our clients!

All AFF members with version 1 have been upgraded to version 2. Everything stayed intact with your websites and other setups, so don't worry.

The features now present in AFF v2 are:
1. Getting Started Walk-thru wizard. No more confusion on what it does, where to start or how to do it.
2. Automated HOT lead generator. Find hot leads in your area with a couple clicks and download via CSV file or view online.
3. Automated Marketing Material. No longer to you have to edit the templates on your own. They are generated on the fly for you with a single click.
4. Automatically Built Website that is fully customizable. This website promotes to and screens clients, and is tied in to your Automated Email Responder.
5. Automated Email Responder. Fully setup and ready to go, but you can customize it however you like. This builds your client relationships and keeps you in their mind.
6. Recorded messages. You don't need to record your own if you don't want to. These messages are already embedded on your site for you.
7. And of course... it comes with all the instructional information on how to use all of this, the concepts behind it, and why it works.

The whole system automatically sets itself up. We encourage people to tailor parts to their own needs. But really, you just to put all in motion, and then it runs itself.

I hope everyone gets a chance to try it. Just a little upfront effort can give your returns for a very long time.

I just wanted to say thank you. I tried the NEW AFF and it is just AWESOME. I have located 10 of the last 24 properties that I put offers in on from there.

It is so easy to use and the information it packs is way worth the few dollars you spend on it.

I recommended it to some other investors that I know that are not Graziosian's and they are trying the trial and loving it too.

Thanks once again to the DEAN TEAM...you guys DO THE DARN THING!!!!

The greatest website

AFF or Foreclosure alert?

Guys! Can anyone tell me which one i should order. AFF or FAL? Want to concentrate on foreclosures and know i should order one of these. Any suggestions?

access fee of $29.25 a mo

Once your order AFF and FAL when is the monthly fee of $29.25 taken out of your account? Can I order both then take the time to look it over and once I have read the books already being sent to me, then set up my account and profile before the fee of $29.25 is taken out??? I would like to delay the fee until I am acclamated with everything else frist, then start it as soon as I am ready to apply it. Is this possible or do you have to pay it when you order it?
