Hi Everyone! I am new and I just bought Dean's book Be A Real Estate Millionnaire and AFF program. Any one had experience in short sales, I'm from southern part of CA.

Thanks Elena! I found a short sale house and its been approved by the bank ( $275,000 originally $335,000. Check the house nice roof 4/2 1468 sq ft, lot 7,488. Needs works kitchen, carpeting and bathroom. I run my numbers and fix it put back in the market, next door house sold for $325,000 without major repair. Do you think $220,000 offer is a good deal? It is been in the market for more than 200 days. Also need help if anybody can spare me list of hard money lenders please...........!
