Note Buying
I am looking for some advised regarding my first deal.
I have a deal right suppose to do SS but I decided to submit to a third party doing negotiating discount note. The company sold the property to me before they get discount on the note.
Company asking price $110K I offered $105K signed contract opened up escrow wholesale it for $130K to a cash buyer signed contract with end buyer in placed deposit and opened escrow.
Here is the worst outcome, after 4months of waiting with no update from the compamy they counter offered me to pay extra $10K their reason was their cost of doing negotiating for just one note it gonna cost them that much? Believe it or not I offered them $112K just to close the transaction, unfortunately they pull out the transaction right in my face with no explanation.
Anybody who is doing business with 10K in 10Days their advertising is scam...!!! Now I don't know what to do I have a signed contract as well the end buyer.
Kindly, please I need some advise.
