NEWBIE...Where to Begin???

Yesterday, I purchased Be a Real Estate Millionaire and Become A Real Estate Millionaire Home Study Program, which seems include and to be the same as Think a Little Different (please tell me if I am incorrect). I also signed up for the Mentoring program.

At the same time, I have been visiting the vast information from forums and resources on this and other linked sites. All of the information is so wonderful but since there is so much, I feel very overwhelmed.

Should I start with the links I receive when I ordered?

Should I start with the 30 Day Fast Start Audios?

Should I start with the Totally Fulfilled Audios?

PLEASE HELP!!! I get up early before I go to work and go to bed late at nght since I want to absorb all of it but feel I am jumping around too much.

What order should I be doing all of this in.

I can only speak for myself, but I would start with the book. To me it is the core of everything Dean teaches. And it is filled with the essence of who he is and his approach to REI. The personal stories and encouragement to overcome obstacles (of the mind) are what really inspired me and helped me to fly ahead. ALL of the programs are great, but to me the book is the core. And at the same time take advantage of your mentorship program. Real coaches with awesome answers to the questions you're going to have. You've got a million-dollar winning combination. Just take one step at a time, and you'll do great!!

Mentorship Program

Thank you for reply and for the information you provided. How long does it take for Dean's book to be sent to you? I guess while I wait, I can complete the assignments on the 30 Fast Start Audios and work the assignments in the Success Network.

I do have another question regarding the Mentorship program. After speaking with a representative yesterday, she informed me what I ordered as the Mentor Program, really is "Success Network" program with Advisors and not the personal Coaches who help you one and one and is much more costly.

I had asked her when will a consultant be contacting me and she stated I have to initially contact them.

What confuses me is after ordering, I was lead to a questionnaire which I completed and at the end it stated that I will be contacted shortly by a Mentor.

What can you tell me regarding this? With the "Success Network" can you contact these "Advisors" anytime, say for example before a deal, etc.? Thank you,

I keep seeing so many different titles to the program. I can see where it would be confusing.

Darlene, the advisory line SHOULD be open to you at any time I would say. Try calling in and see what you find out. It has helped me out tremendously. Did you get a number to call? You can PM me if you like, and I can check into it if you can't reach somebody.

Many thanks Rina. I'm gonna try to PM Anita if she can help me. I'm gonna submit my offer Monday before somebody will bid over me, again. Listing price is $259,900 they lower it 2x from the original $399,000. My offer is $238,900 hope the bank accept it since the owner will be foreclose less than two weeks. My heart is with this family and I meet the husband when I looked at the property. Comparable Sales is $ 350,000 - 370,000. What do you think, guys?

That sounds like a super deal! Especially with your 100% lender. What are you planning to do with the property?

And, yes, I'm sure Anita will have the best purchase agreement form to use for Southern California.

short sale

If God willing to have this deal, help alot for my family back home (Philippines). Promise I will let you know because I need support to finish this deal as soon as possible. I'm planning to lease option for 3 yrs and have some cashflow. Is this a good idea?
