We have a Home Remodeling Company in SJ and would like to incorporate Real Estate investing into our business.
Our goal is to be out of dept and financially free by the New year. We have 7 children and we now see the possibility of college in their future.
Dean's book has taught me how to dream again. It has given me the confidence that I need to face the future and change it one deal at a time.

It is amazing to see you start from the ground up and now doing so well. I'm a fairly new coach for dean and I love to see the success of others in this industry. It always gives me hope that I can always improve and do better. also it really helps me to be optimistic that there is a future for anyone that is willing to put the work in.

As I was casting my vote for the 2012 Send me Away finalists it brought me back to my own beginning and when I won the contest in 2009.
That is what brought me back to my journal here. I read it through every once in a while as it motivates me to see where I have come from and all that I have achieved.
So much has changed in my life since 2009. The road was not easy and the obstacles were many but my desire for success is much greater and more powerful than my fear of failure.
I am not where I want to be yet, but I thank God I am not where I used to be. I am financially free and life is good but I am not done yet... 2013 is a new year with so many more opportunities

I love reading this Journal
This Carol Stinson girl really fumbled in the beginning huh? lol
As I read this I think wow did I really ask those questions? Goes to show you that everyone is lost in the beginning and it's up to us to find our way. As we start out in REI we go to places in our lives where we have never been before, we travel roads we never though we would travel. We have questions, were scared and unsure of ourselves and we doubt our abilities.
BUT THEN something magical happens if we keep moving forward, if we keep asking for directions on where and keep learning what to do, if we don't give up and we don't give in we eventually do it! We close a deal and then another and then another.
This thread is evidence of all of this and I look at it once in a while to gain inspiration and my hope is that it inspires each of you as well
