I have been so blessed to get hundreds of emails, letters and videos from students all over the country sharing your success. I have even been able to become friends with many of my students and that has been awesome.

Each of those stories inspire me to work harder and create tools to get you making money right now when you need it most. I consider my students as an extended family and when you do that, then YOUR best interest is always on my mind. And the truth is, I love it;-)

Here it is, I have been working on real estate for now two years and now I just got told about a deal of a life time that was offered to me and only me as of yesterday. This deal is going to be the biggest one that I have ever done and its a huge under taking but its pay off is a killer.

This deal I will be getting for about 210k and the properties that are in the deal, I can sell a few of them and get my money right back. but here is the deal I will profit almost 100k in the long run just for being in the right place at the right time.

If anyone is sitting on the fence wondering about whether or not you want to do some variation of what everyone is doing here, all I can say is GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND DO SOMETHING! Yes, Deans products are completely worth it and I wish you all the best.

Late last year I got laid off and spent the rest of the year doing the same ole thing. Pounding the pavement as hard as I could to get myself right back into the same position as I was just let go from and disgusted with! Is that insane or what! But, that was my programming and I robotically carried out my ingrained marching orders. "pound pavement, get employed asap". What a crop of crap that thinking was.

Signed a contract on my first deal today. Estate Sale 3 bed 1 bath ranch, FMV $179,000, paid $125,000, projected rehab $10,000. Not sure whether I will rent or flip. Renting would bring a positive monthly cash flow of $350. Profit on flip could be anywhere from 20K to 30K. Thanks Dean for the motivation and knowledge to take this first step.
