OfflineHere it is, I have been working on real estate for now two years and now I just got told about a deal of a life time that was offered to me and only me as of yesterday. This deal is going to be the biggest one that I have ever done and its a huge under taking but its pay off is a killer.
This deal I will be getting for about 210k and the properties that are in the deal, I can sell a few of them and get my money right back. but here is the deal I will profit almost 100k in the long run just for being in the right place at the right time.
So my investor is on track to make around 200k plus make their 200k back so they will double their money in a matter of a couple months, how many people can say they did that, and I make around 100k for my company as well. This all came from a pocket listing that I got and I will let you know how it turn out.
All of this was because of Dean's books, and this is just one deal I will make more than some make in two years of salary.
I can not give details right now because its still in the works, but I will keep you updated.
