It is listed using a "FLat Fee" Service. That's a RE broker that charges a set rate, in this $ 250, to list the property on the local MLS & realtor.com
To get on these sites you must be a REA. This way if we sell it on our own there are no other commission costs; if a REA from any company brings a buyer they receive 3% commission. It's the best of both worlds.
Dean, thanks for the info about the shift in the market. In Atlanta, things are starting to move up. In Buckhead (the Beverly Hills of Atlanta) there was a little dip in house prices....they are selling for $650K instead of $1Million. These are for 3 BR, 2 bath houses built ion the 40's!
