OfflineI have a great number of students in "Uberhot" markets across the us to include: (So Cal, Nor Cal, Maricopa AZ, Seattle, Portland, West DC, etc) that are finding a great amount of success wholesaling using the 4 metods below:
1. Bandit signs - The bandit signs/ghost ads/car decals that say "We buy houses" will get you calls directly from motivated sellers before they talk to agents and produces results every time!
2. Agents - making offers on "A" properties that have all three of the following: been on the market for >90 days, vacant, and have a motivated clause in their description (Seller Motivated, willing to negotiate, needs TLC, etc)
3. FSBO's on craigslist using keyword searches (equity, fixer, handy, cash, turnkey, cashflow, lease option, land contract, seller financing, rent to own)
4. Searching properties that just hit the market using zillow and bribing the listing agents with double the commission and a quick cash close.

i am a beginner and want to be part of a really strong network of people i have done a few guru conferances but decided that dean is still the best . i now just have to get together with people that can help and assist. i can do it determind and broke but have the ability and the go to get this done
