One of my REAs sent me an MLS site I hadn't heard of before. It has current, and I mean up to the minute, status on props, plus comp sales, neighborhood info and the PITI of the prop you're interested in. It's going to be my go-to site from now on. It is www.listingbook.com. It appears to cover all parts of the country.

I never thought to mention listingbook. Good call Cindy. once you put in you critieria they email you listing matching day and night.And for trying to hookup with buyer theres Lead Tackle.com. It`s local and International.

I visited the site but it does not have MLS listing for New Jersey, I tried few cities.
But the goo d thing is you can provide your email and they will let you know once the information becomes available.

This site is by far the best because it maps them out & when you click on one it will shows all the active & sold propertys & gives to most info about the property that is normally on the agents MLS! & not on most other sites.seams to get new listings fast also..Truely awesome once you really check how it works...You can also choose a zip code or in the case of my town if I want it will show ALL zip codes if i want it to....
