You commented on my post and I just wanted to let you know that Yes I can find you killer deals in those three states, but I can find great deals where I am from too in New Castle,PA. I can get you deals and you could close on them without even having to see, sell or visit the are. My title company does closings via email if you have the money ready to go you send a certified check pack in the mail and sent the closing documents via email and you do not even have to leave your computer. Thats something to think about, let me know what you want to do and we can start moving forward. Thanks
