What does he mean by "Principals Only"?

Hi everyone,

I just came across an apartment building for sale and the ad where I found it states, among other things, "Principals Only". What does "Principals Only" mean?

Buyer specific.

They are not looking to deal, nor negotiate with someone who does not have the actual money to buy the property. In other words, no agents, or other middle man.

If you are a wholesaler

You could use pof letters to get all the info you would need acting as the buyer, and if you have buyers then you can lock the property up, even getting wm from your buyer, the just flip your contract to your buyer
