Properties On Ebay

I have been looking at houses on ebay and found a lot of them for just few thousands $$ is anyone have bought and sold using ebay?

A lot of the homes and land

A lot of the homes and land on ebay are properties acquired through tax deed and lien sales. The often come with just a quit deed.

be careful to read the entire block of information. i know that for some of them you are just bidding on the down payment, not the actual full selling price of the home. if you have any questions, you should be able to contact the seller through ebay.

So is quit claim deed really bad and better not get involve?

Thanks also pdqservicesinc, i saw few with owner financing but a lot more with just a no reserve price I was just wondering as I checked value and seems like a great deal, but i know that they buy in bulk from bank and resell on ebay, just thought might be a great way to acquire homes really cheap.
