I wanted to drop by and welcome you to Dean's board he has created for all of us. I hope you are having a great time reading all this imformation. I know there is a lot to soak in but it won't be long till you get the hang of it and are doing lots of deals. I have done 21 wholesale deals since I started here on Deans board. In the beginning I wanted to badly to join Deans Success Academy because it give you such a huge kick start for your company...but I had to read and ask many questions. Now it is just second nature to me to find a house, contract it and call my cash buyers.
You can do it too. Just get in here and read everything you can and ask questions.
If you will fill out your profile telling what city and state you live in....you might find someone in your area to partner with. Many great partnerships have been formed right here on the board.
Also tell us a little about yourself. I always enjoy reading about people and how different and unique each person is..and all the talents people have.
Glad you are here and stay in touch. I always enjoy talking about real estate and hearing about deals.
