Anyone have a suggestion on filling the PDF forms out on the computer instead of by hand? Have I missed them on the DG site or in the materials we were given?

Thanks for your response. We have all the forms in PDF. We are getting our first offer together. I will talk to my partners and get back to you!
Hi Roxie,
I think everyone should fill out forms on PDF or Word, because it is easier to read printed writing rather than hand written items on contracts. Then I would print out and hand sign them. This would be the best situation especially if you don't like your penmanship.
Hope this helps,
Shah
The issue of not being able to fill out a contract online because it is in a non-editable PDF format can be a little challenging, especially for those who like to have online files for documents that they create. Most of the program forms are in PDF non-editable format.
While adobe, who created the PDF format, does offer software for sale that allows for converting PDF documents into Word or other formats that can be edited and saved, there are also free downloadable PDF to Word converters available. Nitro PDF offers one, and I also found one at the following website: www.FromDocToPdf.com. I believe that there are several other conversion software programs for free as well. Note that these free conversion tools work in both directions--From Word to PDF and from PDF to Word. Once the document is in a word format, you can fill in the blanks, and then save the Word Document in your records file, or better yet, in your teaser file for a resubmit on an offer. We have found that those who do regular resubmits on rejected offers where the property is still on the market tend to increase their accepted offers between 25% to 40%--plus it is fairly easy to pull up a contract form from 2 weeks ago, change a couple of dates, and possibly the offer amount, and resubmit the offer.
