New Cash POF Source

I bet you will run into some problems using someone else's bank account number and name as proof of funds - especially if your purchase agreement is in your name. I believe the question the bank will want to know is why is the bank account owner's name not on the purchase agreement.

That is also the first thing I thought of. Don't think this is a good idea at all. Not something I would use. Also, why pay when there are good POF sources for free?

I will look into it but I would have to agree with Campbellsimon and Femailceo, how could use someone else bank statement but not have their name on the purchase agreement.

I think when you are talking to people and you say that you do buy, fix, and hold or buy, fix, and sell with other "Investment Partners", this is how you are able to get around this problem. Kinda like, you have the $ for the deal if I find it, present it to you and it fits your criteria, then we partner.

Hello Everyone, ok I have read the Marketing Overview packet even watched the video went on to the fast cash buyers list, watched that video, I even read accelerated wholesaling packet, and nothing has sunk in, I feel at a lost, I've even thought of just giving up.. can't depend on my hubby for support, he thinks this is a scam, I also have a friend that is a office mgr. for a R.E. office ans she is feeding me negative advice, she even told me that the money I've financed for this I should of gotten my R.E. license and work for a broker. ugh.... I need something positive to happen...

Janice, This is a great website to learn and connect with other investors. Being new will take time. Just keep reading and studying and it will begin to click. Dean has this site so we can connect and learn for free, but of course he is also a businessman and has courses and programs that can get you there faster. that is just the bottom line. There will always be naysayers, so you come here and there are many weekly wisdoms that speak directly to the negativity around us! It is a demon that many have to fight especially when they are new.
