Getting notarized documents - parties are in different states

Getting notarized documents - parties are in different states

Ok, I am in the meat and potatoes part of my subject to property, and creating all my trust documents. But, here's the situation. I am in CA, the property and the trustee are in GA, and the owner is in VA (PHEW)

My question is HOW do I get a notary to notarize when we are in 3 different states? Does anyone have any experience or know how to accomplish this? Is it advisable to have 3 separate documents notarized individually?

I would appreciate any help in this matter!

It is CERTAIN we will SUCCEED!!!

anyone?

Notarized

I don't think there is an easy way to do this. Does the document require all signatures to be notarized? If do the only way to do it would be to overnight the documents to the first party and then either have them returned to you or have them send to the next party to notarized.

I am no expert at this, but that would seem to be the only way.

All 3

Yes each individual person has to have their own notary on this dicument...AND it must be the original signatures on the document to be filed.
I have to go through this all the time with my out of state owners when I am wholesaling their property. When I find a buyer the court clerk always requires original signatures so she can file the paperwork...no faxed signatures accepted.

This means there will be three different notaries on this one document.

Notarizing 1 document indifferent states

You have to have a separate Notary acknowledgement and seal for every person that sign that document. For instance if you r in New York and the other party is in California and the Document has to be Notarize you will have to have a Notary Acknowledgement Section for the party in California and another one in New York. If the document does not have to be notarize you could just have a clause in the contract that state more or less that a facsimile signature is considers an original signature. This could be better worded but you get the picture.

notary of your state

I am on the verge of hiring a new Property manager for my property in MO, I live in California and he is asking me to sign the contract and get it notarized, can some help explain what this is all about?

Probably wants to make sure

you are serious about hiring them. Of course, you could always draw up a document that spell out the promises they have said to you and tell him that you would like that notarized as well. What's good for the goose.......

Can I have a notary from any state notarize my documents?

I have a notary in Virginia that signed my documents, but I live in California?
