You can take that one step further as well. You can take the information on **** and start calling those that are listed on ****. You can do a simple search for "residential", "under 1 million dollars", in [your state]. Once you have done this you can start calling those listed from your search. Some will be buyers and other will be those that are wholesaling properties.

When you registered. Which category did you register in? Buyer or professional. I was opting for professional-other. I didn't want to play a "ghost" with an empty briefcase on there.

I registered as a buyer, though I did think hard on the professional service. I wish they had a few more options, but we'll see how it goes.

I found a buyer today. We spoke for a while, and he's going to look at one of my properties. But he also told me that he's looking for something for his son for college here. I walked through a nice home close to the college on Friday, after my 1st closing. This may turn out to be something good here.

If you are finding success with leadtacle.com or maybe not you can also do a google seach. I have found great success with this.

1) Go to google.com
2) Type: "We buy houses" [your area]
- you will want to type this just as it shows and put you city in the [your area]. If you city is small you may find use putting a more known city to get a better result.

You will then pull up a lot of potential buyers.
I like to call those that have local phone number and I never use thoe that are large national chains or that require you input information before they return a call.
