I'm a mortgage broker in Columbia, SC who's been doing hard money loans for years and now starting to use the funds myself for deals.

I'm married to a Beautiful wife and we have 5 children. (8,7,4,3 & 9mos + 1 to go)

I've dabbled in and out of real estate for years, but just starting back to doing this after watching Dean on TV for a year from time to time.

I'm building my network of private individuals now who are lending their money exclusively to my newly formed LLC to do these deals. It helps that I'm been in the industry for years, but it's still taking some time to build my list.

I expect this to be the vehicle to become debt free this year!!
