OfflineI just came home from Deans seminar. I have been hanging out in the forums, and read "30 Days To Real Estate Cash" before attending. Knowing it was going to be a sales pitch to buy more, I was ready to purchase.
The "3 Day Seminar" price was more than I could come up with. I am bummed out like you wouldn't believe. The 2% funding and $495 fee he offered was the 'magic' for me.
Unfortunately, my chemo, radiation, and medications take up all of my money. Not to mention lost wages because of missed work.
I really want this to happen, so I am going to check into the Real Estate Academy to see what that costs. I have a feeling it is the same thing and just as expensive.
If I can't afford it, I will concentrate on the book, step by step. I was just hoping to accelerate my progress because of my condition.
I have the will to make this happen. I just hope I have the time.

im gonna guess that the academy is gonna be just as expensive if not more.All the required steps are in the "30 Days..." book. It's just a matter of taking action. Thats what's currently holding me back now,along with the fact that I have the flu. I came across someone who offered to be my mentor, hopefully that opportunity is successful.Finding an experienced investor to partner up with, should take away alot of the unknown and pressure involved.

hi Lane so you never joined the Academy? What did you use to get started? Once you got your first deal out of the way, were the other ones easier and faster to come by?
Im not saying don't join it, im saying if you dont have the funding, that little yellow book is all you need.
I built my buyers list to get started and then I use bandit signs to draw in motivated sellers and I pass the deals to my buyer.
Yes, each deal you do builds your confidence!
