Call a Promissory Note Before Mortality

Hi family I am in need of some real help.I put out a promissory note due December 2012 but I have run into a brick wall financially and need to call the note asap. Is it possible to call a note early, and if so how do I go about it?

I'm not really experienced with promisary notes so don't take this to heart.

But I'm guessing it just depends what the contract says. If it says you can call it on demand then you should be able to get your money back with no problem. Otherwise you will most likely have to wait until December. Read your contract back and forth.

Worst case scenario, you can always ask for it politely and explain your situation to them. You don't get what you don't ask for!
