Yes, when you click on POF it won't go to a site.
Coastal funding we believe is going away. So we have started using the funding from www.besttransactionfunding.com
They have a free site that allows you to print off a great POF letter.

The BEST POF in the industry is available at my website below. NEVER had an offer rejected because of phoney POF letters. The customer service and tech support blows EVERYTHING else away, BAR NONE!!
