Hi folks,
I am from Milwaukee just finishing the boots on the grown 3 days program, I was very passionated last week, I woke up today its seems things have changed I don't feel as confident as I was last week.
My biggest fear is my Cash buyers list is not so great and I feel stock. Any advices please.
I feel confident to ask advices to you as Real estate Investors family.

Also, "Everything Else" forum from REInvestor42.
Bandit signs, ghost ads, recent cash buyers' list from REAs, REI club meetings or meet-ups, speaking with people you know who have self-directed IRAs/401Ks, calling FRBOs and "We Buy Houses" ads, talking w/landlords, handing every1 you meet your biz card...the methods for building your list are endless! It's an on-going process. Keep the bucket filled.

I won't say the rest because we choose to make time for what is important to us. I see several I need to get and several that I have read once or twice.

This is an amazing list! I love it!
My favorite listed there is "Think and Grow Rich". I'm a big Napoleon Hill fan! However, all that are listed here are fantastic books and have incredible advice to offer and contribute to your success. 2013 is around the corner - it's time to reflect on this past year and learn from it, focus and plan for the new year and GET TO WORK!
