Positive REAL ESTATE Affirmations for Moving Forward

As a success coach, motivator, etc. I’m all about affirmations (www.attainmentrules.com). This year has been a great year for me because I followed the principle I share in my all day achievement seminar: “Dare to Do”.
I have dared to take most of the steps in going to the 3 day training, and the Buyers Summit (and there is so many more events that Dean offers), and I’m now getting it done!
As Zig Ziglar told me, “Inch By Inch it’s a Cinch”, and I am moving forward!
Anyway, back to the affirmations. Affirmations must be in the present tense; the “now”, as if one is living it in the moment. Also, it needs to use the pronoun: “I”.
Following are five sentences that I got from Dean’s latest book: 30 Days to Real Estate Cash. (If you don’t yet have it; get it!).
Dean states that this is all we need to make money “right now”. And follows with: “I can’t repeat it too many times”; and then goes on to state these five points.
I’ve taken these five points, adapted them into “affirmations”, wrote them on a 3x5 card to carry and review several times daily (remember, Dean himself says that he can't repeat it too many times so I'm thinking that we probably can't read it too many times),typed them into a one page Word document in large 48 sized font and printed it as a poster. It’s up where I can see it by my computer.

• I have a bucket of buyers.
• I have a bucket of deals.
• I am “The Connector”! I am the matchmaker.
• I am in the middle (where the money is).
• I am in control.

Excellent Affirmations

Hey Ter, just got back to the site and am excited about your affirmations. I'm reading the book too, though I put it down Thanksgiving, and haven't pick it back up. Have, however, gone to our REIA brainstorming luncheon, we have here 2 x a month and stayed for several hours listening to the president. He's such a great guy!

But back to your affirmations, I like them alot and am copying them onto cards so I can read daily. I seemed to have gotten a little "stuck" I think is a good word after the holiday because I had made calls to some RE agents and they did not call back or send listings as promised. So, I'm over it, ready to get back on the horse or in the saddle, and go forward.

Thank you again for sharing your wonderful way of viewing life. It's refreshing.


Great advice!

As we close 2012 and look forward to 2013 and start to set goals, it is so important to have positive affirmations in place to sustain us throughout the year! I love the ones that you listed Ter. Everyone needs to take your advice to help launch us into and have a successful 2013!

Setting goals for the new year is only the first step. Have positive affirmations help us bring positive energy and focus to what we want to accomplish on a daily basis. Life is hard and we all deal with obstacles that can bring our progress to a stop at any given time. We can use any help we can get to keep pushing forward!
