I'm thinking about investing in an online auction. Specifically through a website called bid4assets.com
I know there is a reason for the houses being so cheap, especially through the No Reserve auctions. You need to check for liens, taxes, mortagages, etc.
But I feel you can still make a killing buying a house there for $1-3k
Wondering if anybody has any experience dealing with this website or any other online auction site and I want to hear all your thoughts/opinions
Thanks!

They have some nice properties. I go on that site all the time but never got a chance to buy any properties. They are really good. You can get some properties really cheap.

As in Any auction you need to have a chash deposit to make a bid. If you have the cash or a chahiers check for a $5,000.00 deposit to bid on multiple properties then go for it and good luck.

Do you think its legit though? I've called bid4assets customer service and they explained every transaction is private. Meaning once you win a bid you and the seller are responsible for working the deal further. So obviously you need to talk to the seller beforehand and see how it would work.
Anybody ever bought a property from bid4assets??

I reckon there are legit online and TV auctions and there are ones that are not. I love watching the ones on DirecTV, America's Auction Network, from Central and Southern Florida, and I sure wish I had the cash to buy and move there!
