I am a 48-year-old Christian, married (25 yrs!), father of three residing in Amarillo, Texas. That's smack dab in the middle of the Texas Panhandle (the part that sticks up on top). I have been a resident of the Panhandle or Eastern New Mexico for more than 30 years.

I own Better Real Estate Solutions which is a real estate investment company.

I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a real estate salesperson, and I'm a member of the National, Texas and Amarillo Associations of Realtors working with Keller Williams Realty.

I have a significant amount of college training in business management in addition to my real estate and military training.

I am a disabled, decorated Gulf War Veteran.

Did we meet at an Insider's Edge get together in Amarillo, Texas this last fall? Your name and face are familiar. I'm tyring to find some people to work with me here in Texas and neighboring states, but so far I haven't had any luck. I will be happy to do all of the leg work, if someone had some money. I'm just a poor real esate agent struggling in a bad world economy. I need to work with investors that actually have money.

Hello,
My name is Joseph Phillips and I am new to real estate investing. I own 2 rent properties that are low income that I am buying on owner finance due to the fact my credit is wrecked. I have a 5 year business relationship with the seller to date. I found a property that is selling at $20thou due to a divorce...the tax appraisal is set at 36thou..I am looking for a hard money to flip this at 30thou as is for a quick sale. I talked to a realtor and she thinks it would sale fast at that price even more.can you help me with locating funding to make this deal happend.

I have never done investing or knew much about it, but since I can't work because my youngest grand child is challenged he keeps me busy.
