Techniques/Strategies/Cycles

You HAVE to learn these

Every situation is different, whether its the property or seller and sometimes BOTH.

Think outside the box and be able to come up with a solution from the techniques/strategies and create the Win Win for all.

Along the way of the learning curve, you should go to open houses and see the trends and whats selling.

Compile forms and contracts you'll need.

Role play with friends/family or other DG members using the forms so you can familiarize yourself with them and become comfortable speaking with buyers/sellers. This practice will help you overcome the nervousness and stuttering.

yes, we need to know the cycles!!! and where are we NOW! know the DOM! (days on market); things that worked 6 months ago may not work now... apply your strategies accordingly...

You've got me hooked! I'm eagerly awaiting #4. You're the first person I've heard to adamantly suggest focusing on your niche and stop trying to learn EVERYTHING about REI! It's great advice to everyone who is starting out, because looking at the giant mountain of possibilities that is REI, is overwhelming. Thanks for breaking it down!
