Getting Started

Recently I purchased Dean’s book “Be a Real Estate Millionaire” over the phone. I am a 19 year old college student and I’ve been reading material on real estate and financial intelligence since I was about 17. I got a call from someone offering me the one on one coaching. I am very eager and hungry to take advantage of today’s market. My head tells me go ahead and do it because it’s worth it in the long run so I believe it would be the right step for me. This may sound childish to most people here because I’m young. It’s just a major decision for me to leave old ways like playing video games or buying expensive cloths to sell it all for the one on one training. I just want to hear from someone who has purchased the one on one training or has the same problem as me. I would like someone to talk to so I can ask questions about when they purchased the program. I know the right decision is to purchase the program but its hard for me to make that step.

Finders Fee & Assigning Contracts

I recently just began the process of doing a finders fee by building me a list of investors. So far with help from the coach service I have found real estate clubs in my area. The clubs first will proviede with a place to go where I can meet investors and try to set me agreements. Also I searched different directories online to find different realtors. Some realtors themselves are investors or might know investors so as I contact I will find investors through them as well. Another place I will look this morning are the newspapers to find investors who I can deal with. Also besides realty sites on the interent you have craigslist.org trulia.com and zillow.com. These are a number of options you can use to your advantage. I believe last night on my intensive search I found its least 1000 realtors and about 8 clubs in my location and surrounding areas. I will call everyone because I want to create more options for myself. There more investors I find the easier it will be for me to complete a finders fee. I hope this helps. Hi all thanks so much for the input and support.I just started and started to wonder if this was going to work.Now I know I can do it WOOOHOO.I love real Estate and have been looking for just the right place to hang my hat.I have truly found it.I have really bad credit and no money to put down so I am going with the finders fee thing.I just need to know how to read the data I get.I am really good at researching,Its my favorite thing to do so it is not work to me,it just I don't know what to do with it or how to make sense of it.Anyway thanks again.

I'm glad you've taken the step out.What I've learned in 3 months is you have to read and read again before venturing out.Your taken alot of extra time trying to get anwsers from the successful Investors on here and every Question you keep posting is in all forums.Just have to find them.I'm just trying to help.2 months for me and I'm still reading over and over.You'll get there,just be patient.

fnder fee or bird dog money

I,m so new at this that I have only read 4 chapters in deans new book how to be a millionaire. I am very excited so I went to Barnes and Noble and started poking my nosee around and found a real estate law for Ky. whitch is where I live . In it, is says you must be a licensed broker or somekind of legal assitent to recieve or give a finder fee . ok I,m really confused now because even with the little reading I have done I just knew I cold get some money to get started in the bigger deals that way. Thank you very muck
