Gain the EDGE 2013 – A movie of your life, starring YOU as a real estate investor!

The Gain the EDGE 2013 is now in the history books. It was an awesome event and there was so much great information, inspiration, content and take-aways for every DG Member that attended.

The key with any training event is what do you do with the information now that you have this life changing information at your fingertips!

In my presentation at the EDGE I spoke about how your life is a movie. You are the star of this movie and you portray a person that has had enough and wants more out of life. You are entering the treacherous waters of real estate investing!

You are the writer, director, producer and even the editor. You need a Power Team of a crew too! This Power Team are like the Camera operators, cinematographer, Set Designer, Costume Designer, Hair and Makeup, Sound Department, Music Department, etc.
Remember, you are the casting Director for your movie!

You decide what and who is in your movie of life. There could some twists and turns but how will it end. There will be heroes and villains along the way but you with fight through with a positive mental attitude through it all!

Now, the key is what type of movie are you going to create? What genres of movies will your life as a real estate investor include?

Action Films– As a real estate investor you better have plenty of action along the way!

Adventure Films - As a real estate investor there will be a plenty of adventure just like with Indiana-Joe, let the adventure begin! .

Animation Films- As a real estate investor some characters will not seem real, but they are. You just need to understand some creative abilities as you draw yourself closer to success.

Comedies Films - As a real estate investor you will defiantly have laughs along the way, some tears too!

Crime Films- As a real estate investor you will have to deal with some characters that do not play fair and have an attitude of wanting it all.

Documentary Films – As a new real estate investor you will learn valuable lessons from your actions along the way. You may make mistakes but you will be smarter by learning these lessons along the way.

Drama Films- As a real estate investor, believe me there will be plenty of drama!

Epics and Historical Films – As a real estate investor your movie make take time and it will be an epic adventure once you reach your destination! .

Family Films – As a new real estate investor, it is always more fun to involve he family as you can experience this adventure with the people that may be the closest to you.

Fantasy Films – As a new real estate investor, this may seem like a totally fantasy but you will discover how real it can be!

Horror Films- As a real estate investor you will run into some scary homes and even scary people but keep walking toward the action rather than running in the opposite direction. .

Musicals and Dance films – As a real estate investor you will need a good song and dance, especially when calling potential buyers!

Mystery – As a new real estate investor there are clues along the way. Do not miss these clues to capture the killer of a deal that is lurking around the corner!

Romance Films – As a new real estate investor you will find romance between you and your true love………REAL ESTATE!

Science-Fiction Films – As a new real estate investor you may keep asking yourself is this all real? You may feel as though you are going where no man has gone before!

Thriller Films- As a real estate investor there can be some unknown excitement and anxiety along the way!

War Films- As a real estate investor finding deals better and faster than your competition, and making that first offer before anyone else, well it can just be a war out there!

Western Films- As a real estate investor you get to get that pen out of that holster and start firing off offers!

Movie Review: How will your movie review be with the critics and the fans. Every critic has an opinion but do we always need to listen to the critics? NO! It does not matter what some people think of our efforts! Correct! Get that business mindset you need here. The general public, called, family friends, co-workers and neighbors will have their opinions too.

But who cares what they think. A bandit sign could be worth $5,000 or more to you and what they say should not stop your star character – YOU in doing what you need to make this real estate investor a Block busting movie! You control your destiny, you control your future, you can control your mindset.

Do not let others live in your mind rent free and take up space. It is time to evict those people and thoughts from your mind and make it happen!!!
