In spite of all our success, there are many women today who feel that something is not complete it their lives. It is very important that we not only develop our business skills but also learn to cultivate the power to cause our lives to flourish and thrive. In other words, develop ourselves fully and completely as women.

I just saw this on your facebook page! Women really are empowered. It is too bad that if women stand up or speak up they are often mislabeled the "B" word.
I often think of the cartoon that is going around on facebook that says, Women are Angels and when someone breaks our wings, we simply fly on a broomstick! We're flexible like that!" I think women have a soft side, but have learned to stand up for themselves, if people have a problem with that, then that is simply "Their problem."

The great thing about real estate is that it is an equal playing field; gender does not determine a person's success.
My wife Jill & I have been real estate investing partners for about 14 years, in fact it was Jill's idea to get into rentals after our son was born & she elected to give up her 18 yr. career with Fed Ex & stay home with Joe.
Over the years we have done many many deals, & have done 67 rehabs right here in Beverly Hills, Fl. alone.
To be honest, I could have not accomplished this without Jill's assistance & encouragement. In fact, during all these rehabs, Jill has sharpened her skills to the point she installs the ceramic tile,(she has a much better eye then I do), some plumbing, will even install wood trim using the chop saw, spackle/texture celing & walls, & of course painting & landscaping. All I have to get her to use the table saw & teach her electrical
work & I can stay home(lol).
I have been blessed to be able to work along side my best friend, lover,
wife, mother of our son, & business partner; but best of all have fun doing it, and even make a couple of bucks along the way!
Women are awesome!!!
God clearly created us to be totally different and have different capabilities.
BY DESIGN!! Together we make the perfect being!! My wife is awesome!! I am better at some things she is better at others. Together we ROCK!

I believe that at the Edge 2013 the room was comprised of approximately 50% women!!
It was very inspiring to see many wives there partnering with their husbands on their rei journey!
At the Ladies' night get-together we had over 70 women there!
And who could forget the women speakers at the event? Andrea, Carol, Jen, Gena!! Does it get any better than that?!
Way to Go Ladies! Let's continue to rock the DG house!!!
