Real Estate Investor's Creed

I have wholesaled the same deal 7 times now. Buyers keep falling away.
Well over 1000 times I have failed at locking up deals I've tried to get. I've been rejected... A lot. I've been circumvented. I've built teams and completely shattered them by stepping outside my comfort zone and doing something I've never done before. I have lost earnest money. I have had misunderstandings. I have burned through so many agents I've lost track. I've put out and lost 100s of bandit signs. I've made calls and gotten tongue tied. I've gotten stuck in hard money loans I couldn't refinance out of. I've had hard money lenders bait and switch on me. I've had doors slammed in my face. I continue to do new things and make mistakes. I fail over and over and over again in real estate. THAT is WHY I succeed!!!

I was going to post that on DGIE, but I thought its probably better to put it here. When you see someone post a deal that says they made $10k in 2 hours, please know in reality, there are many more hours, weeks, months of years of effort behind that deal. It is so encouraging to hear others success. Because it shows triumph over every obstacle someone had to put in to get that deal done. Do not compare yourself if you haven't done a deal, because you need to know, we ALL have to go through many trial and errors to post just one success. This isn't a get rich quick and you will learn to become a better person through the process. Endurance and persistence will become an inherent part of your soul. Never give up will become your mantra. And becoming a stronger person wi evolve from any obstacle and rejection you face!
