DO IT AFRAID!

I remember when I first read Dean's book " Be a Real Estate Millionaire". I was reading the process of wholesaling and thinking... " YOU WANT ME TO CALL PEOPLE I DON'T KNOW, NEGOTIATE A PRICE ON A PROPERTY I HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY AND THEN COMMIT TO BUYING THAT PROPERTY ON A LEGAL CONTRACT?"

So I drove my neighborhood, found vacant properties, researched the owner and was all ready to call them to ask if they wanted to sell the property when suddenly... I FROZE! Fear began to creep in and say " what if they reject you?", " Are you crazy you are dead broke you can't commit to buying a house!!" " What if.....?"

I was hesitant to even pick up that phone and make the call. But then I looked around at my life at that time and I again began to be overwhelmed with fear. I was losing everything in my life due to my financial situation. I was afraid of having no where to go with my children once I lost my home, I was afraid of my utilities being shut off, I was afraid....

So here I was in between two fears... I could either make that call afraid or live the way I was living afraid. Then suddenly I realized that I was MUCH MORE AFRAID to keep living the way I was so I thought... " IF FEAR WAS GOING TO TRY TO STOP ME IT WAS COMING WITH ME... I WAS GOING TO JUST DO IT AFRAID!

So I picked up the phone, locked up deals and pulled myself out of my financial trouble. I DID IT AFRAID!

My point to sharing this is that you may be facing fear right now and that fear is trying to stop you from being successful at this. However you must take a look at where you are and your reason for being here right now. Then you need to evaluate the greater enemy... move forward and just do it afraid or stay where you are right now.

If you really want to make this work and be freed from your current circumstances you are just going to have to grab a hold of your fear and take it with you! YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DO IT AFRAID! Once you do it in spite of fear you will notice that the fear that tried to stop you is really not as big as it's roar. As you move forward in spite of fear you will begin to gain confidence and courage that will overcome that fear allowing you to keep moving forward stronger and better that you started.

DO IT AFRAID! You will be so glad you did
