If we lived anywhere close we would do whatever it took to get there. Anybody even semi close by should make the effort to get to Tammy's meeting for the NETWORKING opportunity alone. The truth is, you really can't do this business sitting at home. So GO and get some education and NETWORK!!
Deb and I started our own REI club 2 months ago and the turn out has been great. I sold a deal last month to one of the meeting attendees! No one in Colorado should miss these meetings either. PULSE REIA is our club.

Yes! I agree; a LITTLE bit of a drive! I would love to come to your meeting if I'm ever in your neck of the woods.
This is a meeting where I speak occassionally, but working my way up to speak more. I love teaching, training and speaking.
Hope to see a lot of people there from DG tonight! Bring a laptop or iPAd if you have it for this class. Not necessary, but it will really help out a lot.

Hello to all the SoCal DG's. This one that is worth the drive. I live near Disneyland and have gone to REIC meetings from Valencia to San Diego and THIS ONE IS WORTH THE DRIVE. Very informative and not one commercial to buy something. Sam and Miguel were very educational and the presentation was well thought out and succinct.

We meet regularly ; usually every other week.
The next one we will be covering hard money and all the aspects about it. It will have the same content rich material as the analyzing deals meeting. I hope as many of you in Southern CA can make it. You won't be disappointed!
Next meeting is Oct 29 at 7pm until 9:00/9:30 ish.
Last time there were lots of questions so we went a little later.
Can't wait to see everyone again and meet some more DGers. It's always so much more effective meeting in person.
