6:00 am, MONDAY MORNING across Main Street USA.....Oh no, the weekend had ended and it was MONDAY! Most people wake up early on Monday and have the MONDAY MORNING BLUES!!!!
AS YOU GET READY TO GO TO WORK, you start thinking about that wonderful J O B!!! You go to work and you can not wait to hear that quitting bell. You know the one! Just like when Fred Flinstone runs for the timeclock to get out of work! You can not wait to hear that bell so you can go have fun on the real estate playground after work!
THE BELL SOUNDED AND IT WAS TIME TO DRIVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOOK FOR THE NEXT DEAL!!! It was a cool crisp day. The sky was grey with big puffy clouds as the wind blew dry colorful leave across the real estate playgound. CRUNCH! CRUNCH! CRUNCH! THERE WAS A LOUD SOUND COMING FROM ACROSS THE PLAYGROUND.
The real estate investors were all getting along as they were playing the game of real estate. Everyone was having a good time. Some of the investors were buying, fixing and flipping, other were buying and renting and some were even wholesaling properties. All the investors were getting along yound and old alike.
Off on a corner of the playground there was an individual that was so loud and telling others what to do! This individual was telling the young new investors what they should be doing! This individual told the investors what they are doing would not work! Their offers were too low! Their offers were unrealistic! Their offers were wasting everyones time! IT WAS THE REAL ESTATE PLAYGROUND BULLY!!! - - - - - - REALTOR!!!
Some of the real estate investors are chanting... AGENTS, BROKERS and REALTORS ----...OH MY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Realtor wants to bully the new investors in making offers that were too high. Offers that might get accpted and often make the Seller very happy. If the Seller was happy they would take the offer and the Realtor would get paid. Realtor wanted to make sure they got paid and sometimes did not care about the others that were involved with the transaction.
All real estate investors stand your ground against any real estate Bully you might run into. Never pay more money than a property is worth. Do not let anyone Bully you into an offer you do not want to make. If you over pay for a property, they will not be there to write you a check for any money you lose. So go out there on the playground and have a good time with this game of real estate.
You will meet others that help along the way and most importantly, everyone needs to PLAY NICE! Any players that wants to take their ball and go home....LET THEM! You will find a new Realtor with a new ball of deals.

Joe my friend, so true I have had sooooo many realtors that talked smack about offers that mine were too low blah blah blah, I"m over it now. As a matter of fact I just fired my realtor in KC area she was a B player anyway and I was going to fire her after I had found another realtor but havnt found one yet that's ok will deal with listing agents, although it is challenging finding them.
But yea I agree don't let the bully's push you around, these pushy agents, resist! Stand your ground! They have a conflict of interest-their own! They want to make money and these bully's don't care if we lose money, so yes I agree stand up to bully's.

I do enjoy a good Law and Order episode and I fell I grew up watching it for many years. I thought it would add some fun to the real estate playground story. Thanks for the additional comments and way to go to take action. If a power team member is not a "team member" it is always good to replace that team member with some one else even though it might take us a little time to do it. It is better to have an empty seat on the bench then to have power team members that give us more grief than knowledge.
