Websites are easy to get. There are a lot of providers. Dean has websites that you can work with. Others have also used godaddy.com. The cost is free to a little amount to provide the website. Usually the highest cost is creating the site if you don't create the site yourself.

If you are also looking for listing sites do not forget the usuall craigs list. Even this site can be a benefit to you. We have had clients that have found success selling houses and finding financing from this website. Often news agencies in your area have websites with free posting / classified sections - this can be a free, good way to get your properties out.
