Make a change! Get serious about financially changing your life. Most people on this site are entrepreneurs at heart. They want to be in control of their own finances and time. In fact, I would venture to say that most on this site will not be happy until they do meet these two goals.
It will take work. For a time you may be working a job and doing real estate. It will pay off. You will meet your goal. Keep at it with a clear end and goal in mind.
By so doing you will meet your dreams head on. Dive in and do not be afraid. You can do this. Start the New Year off right. Dean's team and his students are rooting for you.

I will second the thoughts of Roy. As a child I thought everyone had a job and then had a business they enjoyed. Reality set in while in my early teens that people were dissatisfied with their job and would just stay there. That boggled my mind, why would they not figure out how to do something they enjoy?
In making changes sit down and plan out what changes you want to happen.
