Hi Mike,

I am on here to try and help people out! The ones that take action are the ones my posts help out. Really like seeing people on here do there first deal then the next and the next ETC! When I first started I did not come on this website for 6 months. I was too busy trying to close a deal and make money! I had Dean's training and did what I was taught so there was really no reason for me to be on here. When I started doing deals I knew it was time to give back.

You gotta love this site and this business!

I first joined this site back in 2010 and only came on this site looking for info, help and motivation. Every time I felt off track I would come up here and read a success story and that would light my fire back up to keep pushing forward. Fast forward 4 years I got my first deal done and many other deals, so Now I come onto this site to give back and help all the new newbies that are having trouble getting there first deal. I also still love reading on fellow DGers new deals.

I come back here to see this site again and remember when I didn't know what "Wholesaling" Real Estate is,... and that its done every day. I didn't believe I could do it and I was Right. I couldn't do it then because I didn't know how,... so how could I believe I could..? Its being done every day and I know that anyone can do it...I also come here because it is one of Deans Schools. I went into the next Website/School "Investor Elite"..on April Fools Day of 2014 to mark it as a major event in my life which it has been. I knew paying the 30 dollars a month would make me feel more dedicated and study and take action..and it did. If your on D.G. you've got to get to I.E....I come back to D.G. to let the new people here know that Deans the best in Real Estate, Tops in Marketing and Personal Development (making yourself better) and he is who you see and that there's a World Class Website/ Real Estate School at Investor Elite...See you here and there..Dan in Seattle

There is nothing like this site on this planet, when we get down we can come and get a breath of fresh air and get energized again.We can contact and discuss things with other DGers and get there advice, there help as well as perspective on deals, we truely have a one of a kind experience here with Dean and all of the family.The best I have run into yet and love it, nothing like it, what and awesome way to learn and grow not only in real estate knowledge but life values as well.The best book ever penned is the Bible, Gods word which is all truth and a lamp to our road way in life so we get the best out of life. Dean is one of the best to get the most out of real estate investing as a investor, its been a wonderful journey and experience and still growing and love it.Thanks Mike and all the other DGers and there input, much success, Jim

Well I will tell you a little about my story and how I ended up here. I started studying real estate investing back in 2011, I was 22. I knew there had to be a better way then just go to a job and not have enough money ever to do what you wanted to do and I found real estate.

I started reading Robert Kiyosaki and have since read all his books including his new one that just came out Second Chance. I went to the 3 day training for real estate through Rich Dad but then of course didn't have the money for the $5,000 course afterwards and the whole time they were showing you how to find property it was on THEIR system! Which was $1,500.

A friend then took me to a Fortune Builders seminar and paid for the 3 day training for me, but again, I did not have the $15,000 to $25,000 for the specific training.

Then in 2013 I read Robert G Allen's book Road to Wealth and thought I could do this! So I went out and talked to real estate agents (probably made more of a fool of myself, no job, no credit. What can I say, I wanted seller finance home and then rent it out, why do I need a mortgage?)

Well I started building my credit though after talking to a mortgage broker.

Last year my mom and I took the real estate class to get our license and I figured why not? I don't want to be a Realtor but an investor and being a Realtor will put me in the industry I want to be in. Well I didn't have the money to pay my dues just last December so that is over.

Doug Hopkins seminar came around also, and I would have paid for that but unfortunately I still had my money tied up with a secure credit card.

Then I found Dean on Facebook through a friend liked his live training that was happening. I watched the live training and when he I found out how much it costs, I went on the look for the money. Well, I found it and it is OPM! (Really I got a loan lol) But I am really looking forward to it. Then I started reading his 30 days to real estate cash wholesaling book just yesterday, (that is when I signed up for the training) and then found this website!

I waited and searched for someone to help teach and guide me through the investing process and never have been able to find someone. But with the training I wasn't giving up on, this website, and then all the great things I have been reading about Dean, I feel better and better that I finally found what it is I am looking for. I am finally going to get the training that I have been trying to get for 4 years now. Victory!!!!

Although I know the work is just beginning. I have tried for 4 years to get the training and have succeeded! That is why I am here. To get the help, support, answers that I have been looking for for awhile. And like others, I will want to come back and help other new people and help them through the learning process.

I will not quit, I am not going to give up, even if this isn't the place (which I think it is) but I will keep looking, and keep trying. I am done with studying though and it is time for action! I want this time next year to be far different from where I am now in my life!

So, if you have read this far, thank you very much! And if anyone wants to take on a person to "mentor" lets talk!

Dean to be honest.....

When you are in an environment filled with naysayers /poverty stricken -stinking thinking people. Having someone believe in your dream and has taken the steps already. Laying a path where everyone said it is not possible, was very motivating as we all were inspired to take action, but what has kept me coming back and taking action was when Dean said what is your reason why?

Not only giving us confidence but grounding us in reality to keep striving forward, going 7 levels deep. Then with Matt's additional golden nuggets wow doesn't begining to explain it.

But my reason that keeps me engaged is to make my ancestors proud, and being a people person makes a perfect fit.

Then Dean came with. Insider Elite........

I predominantly come to DG . Com because I was there being hesitant on the side line then having someone answer my questions, reading what has been shared and reading the experience of others . Makes my dream an actual achievable goal....

I hope to inspire and help others how everyone here on DG has helped me
