I have found that helping others is a great way to help yourself. In my case this weekend I started sharing more of my investor friendly realtor MLS listings on my Facebook and other social media platforms. Immediately i began to establish connections with people who were looking at it and asking questions.Since they know who I am and what I do ,The question is always - how much on land contract for a down Pymnt and MNTHLY ? Just me posting others deals I get to engage and then offer my own properties if they r not interested in my realtors goods. This is a win / win for us because it absolutely starts a networking and deal making scenario. If they are not interested in this property or others that I have then I collect their email and put them on my LIST for upcoming properties. ALWAYS be looking to make it a mutual benefit !!!

Michael and Reynold !!! Sharing is caring about the success of others and yourself. If we ask ourselves the simple question every time we go to do a deal -" how can I make it a win-win situation ?? The answer will appear and you will find that so many more deals will come our way. My realtor now is starting to ask me to share her posts more and more. She sees the engagement that builds every time I post something. It's great because if someone is not interested in her listing then I get tons of exposure for my rent to own deals !! And she gets tons of traffic to look at her listings. Make it a combined effort and you will get twice the results

I have found that when I start off the week writing down some specific goals such as creating value for someone on a daily basis and putting a name ,face and specific number to those tasks-that is when I start seeing some positive RESULTS that will help others succeed and in turn propell my own success. Make it a goal of yours to help others succeed this week and see what it does for you !!!

Be the one to HELP and the Problem Solver instead of the Ruthless and Greedy investor that so many others are.
When you Help ppl it comes back to you ten fold and ppl say great things about you and tell everyone they come in contact with.
When you are Ruthless and Greedy it comes back to you too and ppl say things about you that are usually not so nice.
There are lots of REI that I refuse to work/deal with due to their Ruthless/Greedy ways.
