OfflineWOW, what an event! Everyone is saying this was the best one and I have to agree. THANKS DEAN, the staff, and all the speakers. Talk about laying out some golden nuggets! Chad Bartlett KNOCKED it out of the park with his Seller Leads on Auto Pilot class! You needed a wheel barrel to handle all the nuggets he was dropping! Ali of course taught us how easy it is to do commercial, just kidding, not easy, but rewarding. Nate and Blake are partners killing it and hit us with high dollar flips and how to raise money for them. I'm sitting here trying to remember everyone and things they said but I'd be here all night and that won't work with the early rise time. If you were not there, don't miss out on buying the recorded version, its a MUST for any investor. Curious to hear from others that were there, what did you think and what takeaways do you have to share.

well jack so awesome to see you too!!!!!!! and michelle, man what can i say, earth shattering! life changing! breathtaking, I'll never be the same! And it was the best ever! Man I loved Chad too he really did hit a grand slam with seller leads I am using the nugget he shared about ifthisthanthat.com to create a notification to our email or text to our cell ph of new craigslist leads.
Ali like you said talking aboue commercial of which I have more confidence now to do, Sean who spoke motivation & overcoming, joe polish with the words of wisdom he used & the question he asked us, why were you born? wow what an epiphany, i dug deep in to myself and asked myself that and I wrote to sing, real estate will give me that.
If you have not gone or you missed this yr man you really missed out you have to make it happen and go! there is no other event like this one on the planet!

ABSOLUTELY Jack. I think this WAS the best EDGE yet for total growth. The past events ( 3 I attended and the rest I bought) were great for teaching the techniques and "current trends" of Real Estate at the time but this year it was total immersion. You can't be a great RE investor if you don't have a great mindset and this year, we got that. I did start my move forward on Sunday night!!
All the speakers had such powerful messages. Matt, once again, showed us HOW to move forward quicker. Chad knocked it not only out of the park but off the planet. Gena, Andrea, Blake and Nate, Ali all showed us how to put it all together. Joe Polish and surprise guest Sean Stevenson gave us such great words of wisdom that they alone, are worth the price of admission. That's why, taking nothing away from the previous ones, I think THIS was the best EDGE yet. I can't wait until next year to see what Dean does to top this ( as he always does.

There is no doubt that if you are serious about becoming a serious real estate investor, this event should be a "MUST DO" on your list. It took me 3 years and no deals to get to my first EDGE but I have been climbing higher ever since. It's never a question of "If I will be back". I already have next year's ticket.
The only question is what means of transportation I will use to get there.
