Review of the EDGE conferance

Matt was a wonderful inspiration! Just watching him over the past year grow. It is amazing the person he has turned into from the individual that made is Send Me Away Dean Video. His growth in knowledge and confidence is a great Billboard for Dean and the Program.

We thought the event was amazing! The diversity between the 3 coaches and all of the student speakers. There was someone to connect with for everyone at least once during the event.

I had the chance to be at the conference teaching my favorite subject concerning real estate and I hope everyone there enjoyed the information.

I learned the great joy real estate can bring to people who apply the principals. I am a regular guy who has done real estate. I was impressed at how regular everyone who spoke on Sunday was. Most did not have a speaking background as I had but yet they gave very powerful testimonies of how real estate could change their lives.

The conference was a whole lot of fun.

Thank you for your presentation! We loved how you actually listed some Hard Money Lenders. Getting $$$ for a deal is usually the biggest obstacle. Explaining Hard Money and the process was a big help. I'm sure everyone will continue to learn from you and your creative financing methods.

I just saw your thread and had to reply. Thanks for the encouraging words on being the best looking presenter.

I also wanted to clarify as well. Those lenders that I listed are actually conventional lenders. There purpose was to give an opportunity of doing a no seasoning refinance. Many people do not believe that no seasoning refinancing can still happen and I wanted to show a couple of lenders that could the refinance.

It was great seeing you and everyone at the conference. I hope everyone makes it next time.

ddowd, I was so impressed with hearing the 3 coaches in person. There were so many people anxious to get going with each strategy/concept they presented. (And the competition for the best-looking, best-dressed, best tie was fierce!)

Nathan's system for building business credit and his on-stage illustration with the volunteers (three banks) was awesome! Really drove it home. Also, I loved the interesting way he got around an investor sharing (or not sharing) information with him. From a tiny little business card. hmm...
Also, Nate I was wondering. Jaguar Mortgage Co. and Paramount Funding, do they do in-house no-season loans or are they brokers connected to many lenders? (I haven't called yet) Thanks for those!

Talmadge's presentation was LOADED with new info that I don't think many there had heard of (I know I hadn't). It actually made me think of a non-performing note we hold from years ago (when we naively got suckered into a last-minute seller-finance by a title company). Funny thing is the buyer called me out of the blue tonight after years of no contact. Must have been fate.

Jeff was so funny and I thought a great way to end the day. Really made people focus on what strategy they will pursue upon returning home. Important for not becoming overwhelmed and giving up before a person really starts.

We were really blessed to have these guys come and teach us. Thanks to all the coaches who give every day to help us reach our REI goals and dreams. Please know that you are more than appreciated!!

The companies given were found on www.scotsmanguide.com. Most of the companies on this site are brokers. Most do not have in house underwriting. Some will.

I have not personally used either of these companies. I wanted to show everyone that there are still companies that will do the no seasoned refinancing. I hope the companies will help. I find that companies in my area are just as effective. If you are finding brokers in your area I find that I need to call about 20 to find 1 that will work with no seasoned refinancing. This number is also getting better as time goes on.
