My first 2 deals were bird dogs, and all I did with the investor from my REI club was to make a contract for services provided. I found the house according to his specs and even went with him to present the offers. When the offer was accepted, I cashed out and went on to the next. I made some goooood money for 2 BD's and I bet I didn't have more than 4 days worth of work involved, and this was for 2 deals. Could it be that simple? It worked for me....Jan
Can someone explain the sections of this
contract that need to be filled in.
Especially the bottom where it says IF and BY.

From the info that I have gathered from the DG family, you are suppose to use a Non Disclosure Contract & Promissory Note ...
Help is what I need putting my ads together.... Does anyone have any pointers?
