When I Read Dean's New Book, it was like getting ready to eat at a Buffet at Walt Disney World! ....where do I start first?

Hello DG Members,

I remember when I ordered Dean's new book, "Profit From Real Estate Right Now", I would call my wife each day and say did the package come? Then finally it arrived. I tore open the box and there it was, I was so happy to start reading it, then I immediately began to skim through various sections.

Then it hit me. Last year after saving for a family trip we were lucky enough to go to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida (really Lake Buena Vista, FL). We went to the Magic Kingdom and went to the dinner buffet at the Cystal Palace. The location was beautiful and had everything you could have wanted. I looked at Dean's book and remember my same thought when I entered into the restaurnat buffet, that everything I saw looked great, but......where do I start? I will try a little of this and a little of that. There were some things I could not try but knew I may go back to.

My take away is this, Dean's book is like a buffet of information. Some people may enjoy and use some parts more than others, but it is sure nice to know that there are a lot of great ideas and techniques and also exciting to know there is still so much more to try! Therefore, take it slow, learn the information, try new ideas and concepts, you may be suprised at what works and what you end up liking the most. And be sure to make another trip through the book to see other things you may have not seen the first time through. Good luck on all yoru deals. Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe

Hard to believe

Joe,
You have had so much success in the last month I am wondering what magic trick you have up your sleeve next. Congratulations on all the success and if I come to the windy city, can I have your permission to stop by and see the man behind the forums?

Thanks for the positive remarks. I live for the weekend and I hope to have a productive one. The weekend is so much fun and it provides hope for a better tomorrow as we all strive toward financial freedom. If you are ever in the windy city, we can meet for lunch, just let me know. I am nothing special wit hno secret formula, just a good student of Dean's books and information he provides.

Buffet-What a great comparisson! I enjoy enthusiasm. I want to try it all and maybe over indulge in my favorites.

Thanks for the reply and comments. I believe Dean's book has so much information that you can try several different things and find out what works best for you and in your area.
