OfflineThere is a lot of commercial real estate listing sites on the internet. Some cost money. Others nothing. I noticed that we did not have a lot of information about commercial properties. Here are a couple of websites that you may consider:
www.loopnet.com
www.landauction.com
Keep in mind that commercial properties take more due diligence and more time to purchase - generally. However, they can be extremely profitable, especially as a cash flow each month. Just make sure you have a good understanding of real estate then commercial real estate as well as the indicators used for commercial real estate and this can be a great opportunity.
