I really enjoy reading all the positive insights from you and everyone else.

Thanks for the comments and good luck on puitting together your first deal. That would be great. Just keep working your action plan and it should happen. Half the battle sometimes is having the confidence and belief that it can be done. Once you get over that first hurdle its a sprint to the deal line! Good luck on all your deals. Joe is absolutely correct. Being successful has nothing to do with knowledge. All that comes naturally. It's a mind set. Once you believe in yourself, things will start happening. If you tell yourself, it's not working, then that's your belief and your minds agrees with you. Just keep pushing forward no matter what, and the universe will line it up for you.

Thanks for the additional insight and comments. Success can be a mind set and often you should reward yourself for each accomplishment along the way no matter how small it may be. Your accomplishment can be reading a chapter in Dean's book or getting new flyers or business cards to distribute.

Thanks for the comments. Good luck going to the bank, remember that "bankers are our friends". Repeat this at least 3 times before entering the bank and repeat when stepping off the tile onto the carpet. This always helps me! Hi Dear Joe, As always your post gives me that extra boost that is so much needed. I believe I can fly used to be one of my pet songs. I have since moved to "Ain't No Stopping Us Now." Joe as you said, success is in everyone of us. We have to speak it, breathe it, dream it and finally act on it. If we intent to change our lives, we first have to change our perspective of what we are doing right now. There is no way of getting to the other end of the road if we just stand still, it is all about moving to the goal, the other side.
