Need Excel Database for buyers/sellers

I am absolute crap at setting up databases. Any one have a tracking database in excel format that you use to track buyer and seller leads? If so would you be willing to share. I am trying but can't seem to get the setup.

I created one a while back

I created one a while back but haven't really used it. Let me poke around my computer files to see if I can find it and I'll get back to you.

Try this

Start on the first column "A" and just input your buyers and sellers info going down . Example:

NAME
PHONE
EMAIL
ADDRESS
ASKING PRICE
VALUE

There is more on fill in that column but I think you get the idea. Then just put the info next to each row and create one column for each customer. Create one sheet for buyers and one for sellers. There is a lot of ways you can organize this but you can keep it simple. Good luck!

If you are using Excel 2007 you can download one of Microsofts templates to base your new Excel "database" on.

If you have Access 2007 you can use the Contacts database template that comes with Access.

Microsoft provides many templates that you can customize to your needs that could come in handy in tracking all of the REI info you need to manage.

I've been searching for an Excel (2007) template and cannot find one. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!
